As a Senior Creative Strategist within the Global Content Innovation and Brand Experience team, you’ll help craft the creative vision behind the next wave of Netflix Originals — and bring stories to life that inspire, engage, and move audiences across every market we serve.
This is a remote-first role, open to candidates from anywhere in the world who can thrive in a distributed, fast-paced, creative environment. You’ll work with cross-functional teams across Creative Marketing, Production, Brand, Design, and Data Science to translate insights into creative campaigns and visual experiences that elevate our global storytelling identity.
Your role will focus on developing creative concepts that bridge culture, emotion, and strategy — guiding how Netflix shows and films are positioned in global and regional markets. You’ll partner with showrunners, directors, and marketing leads to define campaign narratives and creative assets that reflect each title’s unique DNA while staying true to the Netflix brand voice.
Key Responsibilities

Lead ideation, storytelling, and campaign strategy for select Netflix Originals across film, series, and documentary formats.

Collaborate with internal and external creative teams to conceptualize global marketing campaigns, trailers, and branded storytelling content.

Partner with the Data Science team to translate audience insights into creative decisions that shape positioning and tone.

Work with regional creative leads to ensure localization strategies maintain brand consistency while celebrating cultural nuance.

Develop campaign playbooks and creative briefs that guide agencies and production partners through execution.

Contribute to innovation in content marketing — experimenting with new digital formats, interactive storytelling, and social engagement strategies.

Mentor junior creative strategists and interns, helping grow the creative excellence culture at Netflix.
Qualifications

7+ years of experience in creative strategy, brand storytelling, or content marketing within the entertainment, advertising, or media industries.

Deep understanding of narrative-driven marketing, visual communication, and audience psychology.

Demonstrated experience working with creative agencies or production teams on global campaigns.

Exceptional writing and presentation skills, with an ability to articulate complex creative ideas clearly.
